Reverse Blade Black Tachi Sword

JUDUL

This sword is an excellent addition to the collection of anyone who enjoys historical blades or is an enthusiast of Japanese swords. The tachi design pre-dates the katana, and was an excellent weapon when used from horseback. However, it was awkward to use when on foot and the slightly shorter katana became the preferred weapon of the Japanese samurai. This replica of the tachi features a 28" stainless blade with razor sharp edge. The handle offers antique bronze finished tsuba, menuki, and kashira to duplicate the authentic look and feel of this sword. The grip is traditionally wrapped in black nylon cord. The lightweight scabbard offers coordinating cord wrap and a simulated leather covering, along with leather carrying straps. This tachi measures 42" overall in length and is an outstanding item to add to any collection! Tomahawk, XL1268.
